Role: Access Control and CCTV Service Technician
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Access Control and CCTV Service Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of electronic security systems across commercial and industrial sites, ensuring systems operate to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and fault-find on Access Control and CCTV systems (IP and analogue).

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive callouts.

Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently.

Complete accurate service reports and documentation.

Provide technical support and advice to clients on-site.

Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and company procedures.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience working with Access Control systems

Strong technical knowledge of IP networks and system integration.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer service abilities.
