Role: Security Service Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems across commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

Diagnose faults and complete system repairs efficiently.

Conduct routine maintenance visits and ensure systems meet compliance standards.

Provide technical support and advice to customers on-site.

Complete service reports and documentation accurately.

Work independently and manage workload effectively.

Adhere to company and site health & safety procedures.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience as a Security Service Engineer.

Strong knowledge of Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

ECS or CSCS Card (essential).
-
IPAF / PASMA (beneficial).
-
Full UK manual driving licence (essential).

Excellent fault-finding, communication, and customer service skills.
